We washed the towels before first use, and were shocked to find a lot of fiber residue in the washer. We re-washed and dried them - There was so much lint and dust that the filter was completely clogged, and it was difficult to remove the lint trap to clean it, because it was so clogged with fine dust and lint. We re-washed several times and each time we dried them, the same thing happened with lint and fine dust. The return policy states that if the product is washed, you cannot receive a refund. Upon unpacking, they looked great. After the first wash, and several others, you will see that these towels cannot be used. See picture of lint and dust after 3 wash-dry cycles.
