Working great and family loves it.It's great to step out of the shower to a nice warm towel and this towel warmer provides plenty of warmth to the two towles we have hanging on it. It was fairly easy to install and looks sturdy with decent warmer bar thickness, and works well.My handyman installed it in 30 mins with a timer from Lowes. Second one purchased. Works great. Highly recommend.Great product would order again!PLEASE HELP.It looks great and I'd love to install but it appears parts are missing- no manufacturers info, no packing list, installation manual nor warrantee information.
