I cannot figure out how to repair it.I purchased this to put in a small remodeled bathroom, I’ve always wanted a towel warmer and this one looks like a G which is my son’s nickname. I read and compared tons of models and this one measured up to many others in description. Very disappointed when we tried to put it to use. The bars get plenty warm but the towels never feel warm. It may work better for drying items or just as a towel rack, but as a warmer, I give it an epic fail. What a waste of money.
